APEM is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Blackrock, Dublin, Ireland, marking a significant step in the Group’s continued investment in the region.
The purpose‑built, sustainable workspace will bring together colleagues from across the Group – including Macro Works and Ecology Ireland team – as we expand our operational capability and enhance our integrated service offering in Ireland.
Designed to meet high environmental standards, the new office features an A3 Building Energy Rating, a green roof, electric vehicle charging points and dedicated bicycle parking. These elements support our commitment to lowering carbon impact and operating in a more sustainable, future‑focused way.
Located in the centre of Blackrock, the office offers excellent transport links via the DART, frequent bus services and direct coach routes to the airport, supporting efficient client engagement across Ireland and beyond.
The opening of this new base is an important milestone in APEM’s long‑term strategy, solidifying our roots in Ireland alongside marine specialists, AQUAFACT, providing a muti-disciplinary approach to marine and freshwater environments. Establishing regional hubs enables our teams to work more closely together, share specialist expertise and provide clients with a broader range of environmental and technical services through a unified Group approach. In Ireland, this includes Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) specialists from Macro Works, ecological expertise, environmental consultancy, digital innovation and remote sensing capability – delivering stronger, more connected support to clients across infrastructure, energy, development and environmental sectors.
