We’re giving a warm welcome to Alistair Davison, the APEM Group’s newest Sector Managing Director. Alistair will be heading up the Marine and Consents division, with responsibility for a team of 140 technical experts in an ever-developing sector.
Alistair brings over 20 years’ experience delivering Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) consultancy, along with consent and technical engineering services to the global offshore wind, onshore wind, marine energy and ports and harbours sectors.
Immediately before joining APEM, he led the EIA consultancy teams on several notable offshore windfarm projects including Flotation Energy’s Morecambe Bay project, Ørsted’s Hornsea Four, and Vattenfall’s Vanguard and Boreas projects.
“I am thrilled to be joining APEM at such an exciting time. The company has established itself as a major player in the global market and gained an enviable reputation for the quality of services it provides. APEM has some truly exciting projects and opportunities in the pipeline, along with exciting growth initiatives. I can’t wait to get stuck into them with my new colleagues across the globe.”
“APEM offers an unparalleled range of specialist services and technical capabilities. Alistair’s appointment along with Alex Campbell and Darroch Baker is all part of our strategic plan that will see us continue to grow across UK&I and globally.”
“Environmental consultancy remains one of the most buoyant and rewarding sectors. We have experienced unprecedented growth over the past 12 months, both organically and through our acquisitions of AQUAFACT and GoBe which have been very successful, commercially and culturally.
Key to our continued growth is ensuring we attract and retain the best people in their field, which is why we are delighted to welcome Alistair. He has an excellent reputation and brings knowledge, experience and expertise that is very much in demand”
