In the UK Government Autumn Statement, the Chancellor of the Exchequer’s focus on creating the conditions for continued investment in renewable energy sector while reducing the planning burden associated with critical infrastructure developments, is welcomed by all at APEM Group.

In outlining various investment initiatives, the UK Government is committed to keeping the UK leading the world in the offshore renewables sector by reducing the timescales associated with gaining consent to build and increasing certainty, enabling financial investment decisions that can deliver the UK’s bold Net Zero ambitions.
