APEM announces intention to acquire Resource Strategies

1 September 2026 – APEM, the Environmental Services Division of Applus+, today announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Resource Strategies, a leading independent environmental approvals consultancy in Australia.

The proposed transaction is subject to regulatory approval and customary completion conditions.

Until completion, APEM and Resource Strategies will continue to operate as separate businesses.

The proposed transaction reflects continued investment in Australia by Applus+ and its commitment to building a leading environmental intelligence and advisory business in the region.

Following completion, and subject to all required approvals, Resource Strategies is expected to become part of APEM.
