APEM Group today announced that Biosis, one of Australia’s leading ecology and heritage consultants, has become their seventh acquisition since 2021. This gives the Group a significant presence in Australia, with 150 new colleagues based in 9 offices across Victoria and New South Wales.
Biosis is renowned for its solutions-focussed approach and has a rich history of delivering ecology and heritage services to clients in infrastructure, energy, water, design, construction and government for over 40 years.
The acquisition supports APEM Group’s international expansion strategy with a focus on Australia as a key territory for growth and a gateway to further supporting clients in the Asia–Pacific region.
